G. N. Srivastava holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Allahabad. His career bridges the worlds of corporate law, industrial enterprise, and strategic advisory, a combination that has allowed him to counsel clients not only on the letter of regulation but on the practical realities of doing business at scale in India and abroad.
He has built and led companies from the ground up, served as president and chairman of enterprises in manufacturing, financial services, and wellness, and today continues in active practice as a Senior Partner with Law Offices of India. His specialisation lies in project co-ordination, corporate structuring, and facilitating the entry of foreign companies into the Indian market.
Over the years, Mr. Srivastava has developed substantive liaison across the top echelons of India's bureaucratic and political circles, particularly within the ministries of Finance, Commerce, Industry, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Shipping & Surface Transport, Telecommunications, and Power. He has successfully arranged a GDR clearance of USD 150 million from the Ministry of Finance.
